First Capital Ventures is an investment platform specializing in healthcare and healthcare-related technologies.
Unlike traditional pooled venture funds, FCV structures each investment independently, allowing for targeted diligence, clear governance, and direct alignment between investors and opportunities.
Our role spans the full investment lifecycle. From sourcing and evaluation to structuring and capital formation.
Our current activity is focused on strategic partnerships, and portfolio development, particularly around Promptus and select healthcare technologies.

LEADERSHIP
Gary Graham
Managing Partner, First Capital Ventures Ltd.

Gary has over 40 years of financing experience and has led more than 150 investment transactions worldwide. He has also served on the boards of five corporations, both domestically and internationally.
​
Prior to founding First Capital Ventures, Gary owned and operated First Capital Investments Inc., a Denver and London based investment banking firm that financed both U.S. and international transactions.
​
Earlier in his career, Gary held roles at Drexel Burnham Lambert and Smith Barney. He is a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran and remains active in veteran support organizations.
