OUR INVESTMENT STRATEGY

We invest in high growth companies with innovative technologies that are capable of disrupting an entire industry or create a new industry. We evaluate our exit strategy when making an investment targeting opportunities with a 24-36 month investment horizon.

OUR INVESTMENT PHILOSOPHY

We believe it should be venture choice, not just venture capital. We create a dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for each investment giving our investors full transparency versus the typical closed-end fund, blind pool approach.

We typically avoid start-up seed investments to help mitigate risks in favor of opportunities that have progressed beyond proof of concept where a company's products and services are seeing commercial traction in the marketplace.

We provide investments that give our investors transparency in the various opportunities they consider. We engage our investor network for input on due diligence to contribute their wisdom and experience in evaluating each one.
